Your Employee Assistance (EAP) and Work/Life Programs are here to help
you balance work and family obligations. Get short-term counseling
through your EAP to identify the sources of your concerns and be guided
through the problem-solving process. Speak with a work/life specialist
to get resources and referrals to meet your family’s child and/or adult
Up to five (5) visits per issue available throughout New England and the US with a licensed Anthem EAP network clinician close to home or work. If continuing mental health needs warrant, coverage can continue under health plan with same counselor where employee elects.
Weekend and evening appointments are available.
Specialist needs are covered under the EAP benefit (no co-pay).
Members with Anthem insurance are able to continue with their EAP provider for ongoing care needs through their behavioral health benefit.
Co-pays apply after the face to face EAP benefit has been used for a particular issue.
